Rebecca Glasmann, CAS

Longmont Primary Therapist
Rebecca Glasmann, CAS

Rebecca has 10 years of experience in the treatment of substance abuse and mental health, and she holds a Certified Addiction Specialist license. For the past several years, Rebecca worked in one of the leading residential facilities for substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma treatment. She strongly feels that for an individual to maintain long term sobriety the underlying issues of mental health and trauma must also be addressed. In addition, she believes in strengthening and educating an individual’s support system, creating connections with community support groups, and implementing coping skills for successful daily living. She has training in Motivational Interviewing, Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT and trauma recovery support. In recovery herself, she knows the journey individuals are embarking on and is passionate about sharing her experience, strength and hope each step of the way. When Rebecca is not helping others, she enjoys being outdoors - camping, hiking, paddleboarding. She has three children - two out of the nest and one about to leave the nest - although as we all know teenagers are rarely home to hang out with their parents unless you schedule it in advance.
