Audrey Steele LPCC, R-DMT, holds a Master’s degree in somatic psychology and dance movement therapy. During her graduate work, Audrey completed her professional training at Aspen Ridge Recovery in Lakewood, CO, where she worked for two years, supporting individuals and groups in recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, combining traditional models of psychotherapy with somatic-based experiential approaches. Before her graduate studies, Audrey was privileged to gain an eclectic array of training and experience in various somatic and healing modalities influencing her therapeutic approach. Audrey uses a holistic, client-centered, creative, and humanistic approach with her clients, helping them discover their inherent value and develop newfound wonderment in life. At the foundation of Audrey’s work is her deep knowledge and understanding of the body’s integral role in healing trauma and addiction, as well as recognizing societal and environmental factors that impact personal experience. Audrey believes in the power of recovering within community and the importance of the therapeutic relationship on the healing path. For over a decade, through her personal and professional experience, she has witnessed the positive impact that a supportive community plays on individual recovery, which is why she values the intensive outpatient model. Audrey is a passionate dog mom, she enjoys long days in nature, dancing wildly, and a great cup of coffee. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at The Redpoint Center.
